How we ship
- Economy: consolidated sea freight (LCL), or air cargo where no sea route is available.
- Express: door-to-door courier, 2 to 10 days. Available for up to 4 sets.
- Up to 4 sets ship for almost the same price as one. Larger orders get a volume rate.
- Remote or inland areas may cost more. Add your city and postcode for an exact quote.
Terms of this estimate
- Not an offer. The estimate and the indicative quotation we email you are for information only and are not a binding offer. A contract is only formed when we confirm your order in writing.
- Validity. The estimate is based on carrier rates on the day of calculation. Our written quotation states its own validity, normally 14 days.
- Currency. Freight rates are set in USD. Amounts in EUR use an indicative exchange rate. The quotation states the final amount and currency.
- Surcharges. Fuel and currency surcharges, peak season, war risk or rerouting surcharges and changes in carrier rates may change the final price.
- Your shipment. The estimate applies to the number of sets, the standard crate sizes and the destination entered. Remote, inland or restricted-access addresses and special delivery requirements may cost more.
- DAP (Incoterms 2020). We deliver to your address, ready for unloading. Unloading, import clearance, import duties, VAT/GST and any customs inspection are for the buyer.
- Costs at destination. Storage, demurrage and waiting costs caused by delayed customs clearance or delayed acceptance of the goods are for the buyer.
- Insurance. Cargo insurance is not included. It is available on request.
- Transit times. Transit times are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, port congestion or other events outside our control.
- Restricted destinations. We may decline shipments to countries or parties subject to sanctions or export restrictions.
- General terms. Our general terms and conditions apply to every quotation and order. They are available on request.
Shipping questions
What does DAP mean?
DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms 2020) means we arrange and pay for transport from our factory in Qingdao to your address. You only handle unloading, import clearance, import duties and local taxes.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
The buyer pays import duties, VAT/GST and customs clearance at destination. Container casters are usually classified under HS code 8302.20. Your customs broker can tell you the local rate.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the destination and the service. Economy shipments go by consolidated sea freight (LCL), or by air cargo where no sea route is available. Express courier takes 2 to 10 days. The calculator shows the expected transit time for your country.
How are the wheels packed?
Each set of 4 casters ships in a wooden crate. Compact: 75 x 50 x 35 cm, 90 kg. Pro and Pro SL: 95 x 65 x 45 cm, 205 kg.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to more than 150 countries. For a few destinations we quote on request, and we do not ship to countries under sanctions or export restrictions.
Is shipping free in the US and EU?
Yes. Orders to the United States and the 27 EU member states ship free of charge from our warehouses in Los Angeles and Rotterdam.
Is the estimate my final price?
No. The estimate is indicative. We send you a written quotation with the exact price, lead time and delivery date within one working day.
