Twistlock Casters Made Relocating a Container Simple
This container was needed to store household items during a remodeling project. Access to the site was limited, and moving the container to its final location—a distance of 70 feet from the initial drop point—was extremely challenging. The driver did an excellent job delivering and placing the unit.
Installing the Twistlock casters was extremely simple. The 90-degree lock pin feature ensures that the rolling direction stays strictly linear or sideways. While pushing the container to its final position, it was sometimes necessary to temporarily release the 90-degree spring-loaded lock pins, allowing the casters to pivot and redirect the container’s path.
Once in its final location, the smooth rolling action of the casters made it easy to reposition the empty container by hand—without the need for tools, winches, or chains. These casters have met all my needs and expectations. – Gary Bouchard – GB Design.
