Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times are subject to vary based on the selected shipping method and the destination of the order. While we make every effort to provide accurate estimates, unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as order weight, dimensions, and destination. Customers bear the responsibility for all shipping costs, unless otherwise specified.
International Shipping: Twistlock Dynamics facilitates international shipping, adhering strictly to all relevant regulations and customs requirements. International customers are advised to acquaint themselves with the import regulations of their respective countries, including any potential duties or taxes that may apply.
Return Policy:
Returns Eligibility: Twistlock Dynamics accepts returns of eligible products within 30 days of receipt, in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Eligible items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and documentation.
Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns lacking an RMA number will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the returned items.
Return Shipping: Customers assume full responsibility for all return shipping costs, inclusive of any associated duties or taxes. We strongly recommend utilizing a traceable shipping method to ensure the secure and expeditious delivery of returned items.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% may be applied to returns, in accordance with pertinent laws and regulations, and predicated upon the condition of the returned items.
Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible returns will be promptly processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, less any applicable restocking fees and outbound shipping charges.
Exchanges: Twistlock Dynamics does not facilitate direct exchanges. Customers desiring an exchange may follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the event of receiving damaged or defective items, customers must promptly notify Twistlock Dynamics. We are committed to resolving such issues expediently and will arrange for replacement or refund as required, in strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
